Sarah Mynard is a Consultant Solicitor Advocate at Scott-Moncrieff with more than 25 years’ experience in litigation, specialising in dental negligence claims.
Dually qualified as a Solicitor Advocate and Barrister, she has practised as a solicitor and at the Bar and specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence law since 1991 and has personally handled over 2,000 dental negligence cases. Sarah founded and led Wisdom Law Limited for over a decade, building a reputation as a leading specialist in dental negligence. She has held senior leadership, academic and professional roles throughout her career, including equity partner and head of litigation in a Sussex Solicitors’ Practice, University of Law tutor, SQE examiner and practising barrister and tenant at 3PB.
Sarah has also been an influential advocate for patient rights, pioneering the use of No Win No Fee agreements in clinical negligence cases and campaigning successfully for mandatory professional indemnity insurance for dentists. Alongside her legal work, she has a long-standing commitment to charitable fundraising and community service.
