About Alex
After qualifying as a Solicitor, Alex became a partner at two top 100 UK law firms before founding an Executive Search business specialising in strategic resourcing and M&A for the legal sector. He then joined global IT outsourcer Steria, where he developed and led their legal sector strategy.
Since joining The Cashroom, Alex has driven the company’s expansion into England, Wales, and more recently the US. As Director of Business Development, he shapes growth strategy, drives market engagement, and explores new opportunities to support law firms—particularly in areas like compliance, technology, and operational efficiency.
A regular speaker at legal industry events, Alex shares insights on outsourcing, innovation, and the future of legal services.
Outside of work, he enjoys long weekends travelling, cocktails with his wife Ali, writing his novel, and watching Marvel movies.
